What experience do you have?
We have over 20 years of real-world computer, PC and network experience with both home and business systems. Unlike many of our competitors who have only paper-based qualifications and minimal real-world experience.

What computers do you support?
We support all computers and networks, including: Windows Vista, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows 98, Windows 95 and Linux.
If the job only takes 30 minutes, will I have to pay for the whole hour?
Yes, but we can give your computer, PC or network a quick health check or other minor activity for the rest of the hour.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payment by cash or cheque. A full receipt will be given.
Are you VAT registered?
Currently we are not VAT registered.
How much will it cost me?
We don't charge a call-out fee, and we charge by the hour. Please contact us to find out our current competitive rates.
What happens if the engineer is unable to fix my computer?
If we are technically unable to fix your computer, PC or network then you won't have to pay a penny (please see the Legal page for more information).
